Hide and Seek Paranormal Society was invited to co-investigate Lilian's Place located in Daytona Beach, Florida with Kaylee from "103.3's the Morning Vibe." A copy of the Morning Vibe with Tremble and Kaylee speaking about the investigation is posted here below this story. It was a Halloween special — take a listen and enjoy. Kaylee, it was a blast doing this with you, you're awesome! Lilian's Place is a beautiful historic property built in 1884 and is known to be the oldest home near the beach in Daytona. The Heritage Preservation Trust operates and owns this unique property and it is open to the public for guided historic tours. We also want to thank Nancy, Sheri, Fran, and Brian from Lilian's Place for their kindness and stories about the property. We had heard a few stories about the place, only to later discover a few were incorrect. The property was owned by several different families and was even a Bed & Breakfast at one time. Lilian Place was named after one of the previous owner's daughters, Lilian. There was a story about a woman scorned who threw herself from the top of the house — this story was found to be untrue. We thoroughly enjoyed our time investigating this property and hearing the stories from a time long ago. Nothing on the property is scary; matter of fact, we felt pleasantly greeted by both spirit and the living there. The families that resided on this property loved this gorgeous home and visit only because of that reason. If you're ever in Daytona Beach, Florida, Hide and Seek highly recommends you take the property's historic tour. You will enjoy the stories about this home and the welcoming nature of all the folks working there at Lilian's Place. Details of this story can be found in Teresa's book — after it is published you can read the rest of the story.
